1.Professional Conduct
Creators must act professionally across TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, social media, and community spaces. We prohibit harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward viewers, other creators, staff, and partners.
2.TikTok Policy Compliance
Creators bear responsibility for understanding and following all TikTok Community Guidelines and platform policies. Stay updated on policy changes and ensure your content remains compliant.
3.LIVE Streaming Standards
Maintain respectful language, avoid misleading statements or false promises, and refrain from prohibited content including violence, hate speech, explicit material, and scams.
4.Honesty & Transparency
Creators must avoid false earnings claims, clearly mark promotional content, and act transparently. Misrepresenting agency benefits or TikTok payouts is prohibited.
5.Community Collaboration
We value cooperation over competition. Support your peers respectfully and handle disagreements privately rather than publicly.
6.Moderation & Safety
Use moderators responsibly, set appropriate content filters, and maintain welcoming LIVE environments for all viewers.
7.Agency Resource Use
Materials and strategies provided are for personal use only. Reselling, impersonating staff, or sharing internal strategies without permission is forbidden.
8.Brand Representation
Creators cannot claim guaranteed earnings, misrepresent agency influence, or impersonate leadership.
9.Zero Tolerance Violations
Immediate removal may result from fraud, harassment, repeated violations, abusive behavior, or intentional misinformation.
10.Enforcement
The agency reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict access, or remove creators at its discretion.
11.Guideline Updates
These guidelines may be updated at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.
12.Acknowledgment
By joining Moneymakers Agency, members confirm they have read and agree to uphold these standards.
